Tumbling lacquer

special lacquer for the fast and cost-efficient coating of small wooden parts by tumbling application.

Tumbling process is the rational applicaion method in the coating of small wooden parts, e.g. buttons, balls, etc. by means fo rotating drum.
It is a very traditional and artisanal process. For this reason, there are a variety of equipments, products and methods.

Tumbling lacquers from Zuelch
with different applications:

  1. as colorless topcoats on natural or stainded wood
  2. colouring with Toy-Hydro-ColourConcentrates (water dilutable stain) or Toy-Solvent-ColourConcentrates (solvent based stain)
    This means staining and lacquering in one process
  3. mat (uncoated effect) to high glossy effect on the surface possible
