Structured paint

Attractive and cost-effective!

Would you like to provide your product with an attractive surface and save costs at the same time?

No problem with our tructured coatings. There is no need for a tedious pretreatment of the substrates (no levelling or sanding), since small surface defects simply disappear.

Structured coatings are used rather oftern, but in most of the cases they remain invisible. (Have a look at your computer housing. Yes, the surface has a fine structure.)

From modern switch cabinets, machines, and system components (medium to coarse structure) up to safes (extremely coarse structure): with only one system, you can produce numerous effects - simply by varying the processing parameters.

Hammer finish varnish should not be used anymore because of its silicone content (coating lfaws, craters). Silicone-free structured coatings can be printed or varnished without any problem!

This process also enables interesting new designs, e.g. bicoloured surfaces: beige primer with a light brown structure or a white structure on a coloured surface. There are no limits to your creativity.
