With Zuelch at the dipping installation

Dipping is a particular rational process because it produces almost no paint loss (through overspray, for example).  Wood, metal or plastic can be painted with few problems. 

Hand dipping

Is a simple technique for less viscous coatings, such as metal primer, wood impregnation, etc.  This method is inexpensive and can be applied easily for more complexly formed parts. 

Machine dipping

For high quality surfaces, machine dipping is used with a mechanical or electronic speed regulator.  We would be happy to give you a list of equipment manufacturers upon request. 

Quality and paint thickness

Are determined by the following parameters:

• Special coatings (rate of expiration, drying, etc.)
• The shape of the part
• Viscosity
• Speed of removal
• Number of coatings

The need for single or multi-dipping depends on the quality demands.  Prerequisite:  the part's shape must be suited correctly to the dipping process.  We would be happy to advise you.
