Heat transfer printing provides an innovative alternative to decorating by means of silk-screening onto wood, metal or other temperature resistant undercoatings. This technique is ideal for game boards, trays, puzzles, (children's) furniture, and other plain parts that need to be decorated.
Complete picutres, with a vast array of photo-quality colours, can be printed in one work cycle- without transfer problems or in-between drying. Items can be packed immediately.
Pre-treatment
Depending on the surface, parts will be pre-treated in 1-3 coatings of white or clear paint. After drying, the parts can be printed via the heat transfer printing technique. Heat transfer printing also is suitable for small parts (puzzle pieces, dice, etc.). We offer a special coating for the >tumbling technique.
Resistant to cracking and scratching
During the printing phase, the dyes sublimate into the paint, so that the picture is not on the paint, but rather in it. Thus your product is resistant to cracking and scratching.
